Fat absorption and promotes eye health
Research advises that Taurine is essential amid infants during periods of rapid development as it is the most abundant free amino acid found in human breast milk. Important for infants, this amino acid promotes fat absorption and correct eye vision and health. High concentrations of Taurine are evident in the developing brain. Taurine is thought to hydrate the brain and assist with hyperactivity, anxiety, epilepsy and poor brain function. It encourages liver functions, and protects the nerves particularly in the eyes and ears of young infants.
